[ubl-fpsc] Meeting tomorrow postponed to 2004-01-29

Due to received notifications of being unable to attend tomorrow's meeting, 
the FPSC teleconference is postponed to next Thursday, 2004-01-29.

At that time we should check loose ends and confirm we have what we need 
for the face to face in Washington.

Please note that I am only checking the status of voting members ... should 
any observer members wish to have an ad-hoc meeting in which questions can 
be asked, the time slot is available.  Please post your wish to have a 
meeting to this list, and those who can make it will try.
