Questions regarding UN220Order

To Jean (or anyone who can comment).

Here are an observation and question regarding this document type.

Now that I'm working my way through the UN layouts, any rapid responses 
would be much appreciated because of our looming deadline.  I apologize 
that it took me to the end of the week to get through the Code List stuff 
and the Office and Joinery layouts.

Buyer's reference
- used to be !2! /po:Order/po:BuyersID
- can you confirm the change to !39! 
/po:Order/cac:BuyerParty/cac:BuyerAssignedAccountID
   - the "AccountID" doesn't sound quite right to me but then it does make 
sense since the buyer already has the purchase order shown and this 
reference is the account to which the purchase order is applied
   - I think I talked myself into this one, but still would like your 
confirmation

Country of destination
  - there is no !1085!
    - how about !1100! /po:Order/po:DestinationCountry/cbc:Name instead?
  - I'm assuming to remove the gray background and make it white as well
