Resumption of HISC teleconferences next week January 11, 2005

Good morning, all,

Many apologies for the miscommunication and delays regarding the 
teleconferences, but I've been unavoidably prevented from participating due 
to family matters.

I am hoping to resume chairing the teleconferences next Tuesday/Wednesday.

Further to my family situation developments, I'll only be able to 
contribute to coordination and chairing duties for the next while and I 
will not have much time to contribute to technical decisions.  I apologize 
for that and I hope it won't be long before I can get back into the swing 
of things.

I'll publish an agenda next Monday ... please let me know what you would 
like to see in the agenda.
