UBL-1.0-SBS-0.5-XPath distribution

Referencing the announcement yesterday regarding XPath expressions for the 
UBL 1.0 Small Business Subset 1.0:

This is a new 0.5 release today addressing the omission of Order Change and 
some minor modifications.  To make the file name more succinct, we are 
replacing the date on the file with a version code less than 1.0 ... we 
will revert to using the 1.0 version and date when we are closer to a 1.0 
release, at which point it will be finalized without a date 
suffix.  Revisions can then go 1.1, 1.2, etc. with a date suffix until 
finalized without a date suffix.

The file name extension has also been changed for more accessibility 
through corporate firewalls.  Note the mail list archive also changes the 
name of the binary attachment when stored.  The attachment to this post is 
properly named:

    UBL-1.0-SBS-0.5-XPath.zip
