Dear Members of UBL TC,

I send you the translation spreadsheets of UBL Business Documents for your
references or reuse.
These spreadsheets are for Japanese translation.
If you will reuse these spreadsheets, please change some names. (e.g.
titles)

The format of these spreadsheets are basically designed based on the
conclusion of UBL TC Hong Kong meeting.
And, these formats are designed to be good to be recognized at A4 size
paper,
when these spreadsheets are printed.
However, I added one column named 'Data Type' as an exception firstly.
We have thought that 'Data Type' is important to understand BIEs. Almost all
standard business documents in Japan have a data like 'Data Type' in their
spreadsheets.
According to the recommendation by Tim McGrath at UBL Pacific teleconference
on June 2/3, I changed the 'Data Type' to 'Representation Term'. I have
thought that the 'Representation Term' is almost equivalent to the 'Data
Type' for understanding the BIE's characteristics.
