[ubl-lcsc] QA Team Teleconference proposal

Given that I already have to many conference calls (certainly not as many
as Monica), I propose that the QA Team have weekly calls on Friday from
8:00 to 10:00 California time.  The first call could be this Friday
(2002/10/25)

If there are no objections, I will follow up with the call information.
