Regarding the global/local question, I'm confused to see the following ...
UBL-Order-0.8-draft-3.xsd:
<xsd:element name="BuyerParty" type="cat:PartyType" />
<xsd:element name="FreightForwarderParty" type="cat:PartyType" />
... because this was what I was hoping for out of the London meeting:
having a single type for all parties will allow me to share a stylesheet
fragment for party processing.
I was sad to hear what I thought was a decision in London to go with types
along the lines of "BuyerPartyType" and "FreightForwarderPartyType" where I
would not be able to share any stylesheet fragments ... though I may have
misunderstood and been disappointed for no reason.
Was something perhaps overlooked in 0.80 Draft 3? I'm on the critical path
for the next FPSC activity and it relies on getting a version of the
schemas that is close to final ... but what I see in Draft 3 is so very
different from what I was expecting that I'm reluctant to put in the time
with these files if they are "philosophically" wrong.
Thanks!
