UBL Type Usage & Dependency Information

Discovering bugs means I'm living.... a minor spelling bug has
masked the output usage ("Y/N") values for the "Order Response"
in the previous posting.

Apologies for causing any inconvenience.

I've attached the updated ones.  The dependency file remains
the same, included for your convenience.
