[QA] Minutes of Packaging Team Meeting 12 Sept 2003

1. Welcome from Team Leader (Marion) and appointment of Secretary (Lisa) to
take minutes.

Attended:  Monica Martin, Marion Royal, Lisa Seaburg, Jon Bosak

2. Status of Package Root
     - Lisa (Index): is being rewritten in Open Office/DocBook format, will
send out draft to list before Tuesday.  This document needs to be done in
the OASIS template, and this is what is being done now.  There is discussion
about the format of this between Tim, Jon and Lisa.

     AI:  Lisa to contact Eve about the format of the final INDEX file.

     - Anne (FAQ):
     AI: Marion needs to generate questions for the FAQ and send to Anne.

3. Status of Package Branches:
 Lisa has built on her system.  Will look into putting up on Peter Yim's
server so that everyone can see it.

4. Review of 1.0 Schedule
 Schedule was redone and out on list.

5. Updating Milestones for Packaging Team
 We are in week 7.

6. Next Steps
 AI: Lisa put together a proposal about Index file documentation.

 Marion:  Use media you are comfortable with, and that can transformed into
the final document.

 Email discussion between Jon, Tim, Lisa and Bill, about what the
possiblities are.

7. Other Business:  None
