[Packaging] Alpha Alpha of the Release

I have put a mirror image of the Alpha Release onto Peter's server.  Right
now is only has spreadsheets, CCT.xsd (2 versions), class diagrams (gifs).
Please go through and start sending me any questions or issues you have.

To see and work with the files on Peter Yim's server, the follwing URLs will
help you:

http://ubl.cim3.org/~lcsc/lcsc-distribution-1.0_alpha

This brings you to the top level of the directories, you can then work your
way down through the files.

At this point these files are draft, draft, draft.  When we get into placing
finals we will clean these out and start over.
