CCTS:CCTs

In my analysis of the UBL-CoreComponentTypes I have found that we have a few
that are not in the CCTS Version 2.0 from August 11, 2003, Section 8.1.

Our NDR rules state that we will only use CCTS approved CCTs, and we
discussed this in Montreal and had agreed not to have anything but the CCTS
allowed.  So, I think we need to remove these, unless someone can come up
with the minutes of the decision to keep them.
