Subject: [code] Updated code list files and catalogue
Hi, Please find attached an updated CLC (.sxc, .xls) and 13 code list files. Based on last week's discussions, here are the changes/updates: 1) Deleted CancellationReasonCode (see notes in Catalogue) 2) Deleted OrderRejectionReasonCode (see notes in Catalogue) 3) Changed PaymentMeansCode to PaymentMeansTypeCode Renamed the codelist schema file as well to reflect the name change. 4) Created code list files for: AllowanceChargeReasonCode (UNECE 4465) ChannelCode (UNECE 3155) DocumentStatusCode (UBL) LineStatusCode (UBL) PaymentMeansTypeCode (UNECE 4461) CargoTypeCode (UNECE 7085) 5) Brought over code list files that were already in 'Standard' release directory to form complete set of files for code lists designated in Catalogue as being found in separate files (ones with '=' in 'Actual Values' column: ChipCode LatitudeDirectionCode LongitudeDirectionCode OrderAcknowledgementCode SubstitutionOrderCode 6) We now have 13 code lists defined: (wherever you see an "=" sign in "Actual Values" column of the Catalogue) AllowanceChargeReasonCode Standard External (UNECE 4465) CargoTypeCode Stock External (UNECE 7085) ChannelCode Standard External (UNECE 3155) ChipCode Standard UBL CountryIdentificationCode Standard External (ISO 3166-1) CurrencyCode Stock External (ISO 4217) DocumentStatusCode Standard UBL LatitudeDirectionCode Standard UBL LineStatusCode Standard UBL LongitudeDirectionCode Standard UBL OrderAcknowledgementCode Standard UBL PaymentMeansTypeCode Standard External (UNECE 4461) SubstitutionOrderCode Standard UBL 7) There are two 'mandatory' (1..*) codes we decided to leave as placebos because there were no reasonable lists available and it was not clear what types of values may be expected there. They require further work. These are AccountTypeCode and CardTypeCode. 8) Fixed typo from previous AllowanceCharge, Currency, Country .xsd as per Stephen 9) Please review copyright notice at unece site for code lists that we are utilizing: "The material contained in this site is copyright of the United Nations. Any uncredited article or information on this Web Site may be copied, summarized or translated into any language providing acknowledgement of its use is made. However, permission must be received from the original author before use is made of any article, photograph, drawing, cartoon or other account for which credit is specifically given. Thanks, -Anne
