Title: CC Spec

Greetings,

Attached find the latest copy of the CC Spec with all Geneva changes incorporated. We need to take a collective look for show stopper issues that would preclude release. I still need to do a final proof regarding layout, but would appreciate any and all proof type comments. Please try and turn this around quickly, as I believe we want this to the TMG leadership within a week for release for public review.
