LCSC spreadsheet.

    3.. Reference versus inline to reflect relationships between data
(Gunther will write up something).
7.. Facets, Gunther sent email, wants discussion. Needs to be finalized.
8.. Embedded documentation, on hold until we get stable version of LCSC
spreadsheet. We have agreement on approach, can't finalize.
9.. Wildcards (agreement that this should not be used for the first
version, needs a vote or something) put together a proposal for the next
call when we have quorum.
10.. Context, Matt has a paper that will be coming.
