Minutes: UBL NDRSC April 9 2003

attached are the Minutes of today's very *short* meeting. Looking forward to
having all of you on the call next week to discuss vital issues like
Containership and Common Core Components.

1.  Roll Call and Welcome from the chair (Mavis), assignment of co-chair to
take minutes.

Quorum not reached after x:15 and neither was critical mass so we proceeded
informally for 15 minutes. We decided to conclude the call and defer the
items to next week.

8. Common Core Components (Gunther) - Gunther wants to have this finalized
before Face to Face.

9.  New Business:
    CCTS (Mark) - As a follow-up to the discussion on Tuesday's LCSC call,
Mark forwarded the CCTS Implementation Verification form.  He strongly
encourages LCSC to move as quickly as possible in filling out and submitting
this form.  Background information and submission requirements can be found
at: http://webster.disa.org/cefact-groups/tmg/news20030317.html.  As soon as
LCSC agrees to the submission, he would also ask that Jon notify the
UN/CEFACT TMG CCTS POC (Mark) of UBL's intent.

AH: There was a timeframe request that the review be done quickly because
they are heading towards the end right now and would like to have the review
done by UBL. They want verification that they have implemented 1.9 CCTS and
that it works from them. UBL has the most true to spec implementation and if
we could submit this verification form. The bulk of the conformance is in LC
not NDR.
