RE: [ubl-ndrsc] Teleconference Meetings

A slight clarification - I will be available next week (2/18) to chair an NDR call.  In the interim, please review the NDR comments submitted by Tim.  We need to ensure that we discuss them in detail and provide a coordinated response.  If there are volunteers within NDR that would like to begin to address the issues and prepare a draft response, please contact me directly.
