Today's test schemas mounted and ready to experiment with

Fellow UBL Pre-award SC members,

I have created a suite of schemas with the changes from today and the 
package of artefacts can be downloaded from here labeled csd02wd01pa01:

I commend Oriol and his editing of the spreadsheet!  Not a single 
error or report was triggered by the consistency checks.  I think I 
personally have always made some mistakes somewhere when I first 
change the spreadsheets, and I have to fix them.  He's good!

The three Pre-award test files all validate without error, both the 
XML and the JSON versions:

Please note that the JSON validator under Windows is still not yet 
working ... the above transcript is running under BSD.  The XML 
validation is working under both Windows and BSD.

Remember that the namespaces for these files are all non-UBL test values:
