Subject: Minutes of the meeting in the UBL procurement subcommitee the 10th of July
0) Welcome and Rollcall Participants were Peter Borresen (Chairman), Tim McGrath, Arianne Brutti, Oriol Bausa and Georg Birgisson. The meeting started 10.05 and ended 11.40, both CET 1) Status of the 2.1 procurement material a) Utillity Statement is aligned and a draft document spreadsheet is ready with proposed changes b) Oriol has sent a set of spreadsheet reflecting the first draft of the tendering messages c) Sales reporting and plesnishment management (ENEA eBiz) has been reviewed in a session between Tim, Peter and Arianne and corrected according to the attached document. d) Yildraray has provides us with a set of activity diagrams for the retail forecasting and plennishment project (iSurf CPRF). This still has to be aligned with ENEA eBiz project according to overlab in use of e.g. SalesReport, end RetailEvent, and the document models must be updated in order to comply with the agreed document template (e.g. sender and receivers are missing on document level) 2) PSC face to face meeting in August It was agreed there was a need for a face to face meeting in the week of 24th of august. Best days seems to be the 26th to 28th of August. Venue was not decided but Copenhagen or Brussel seems to be a good choice. Peter will ask Minstry of Finance in Holland to sponsor some travel cost by having a public meeting the last day or a day before. Otherwise the possibility is to have a joint review meeting with CENBII PEPPOL the last day on the subject UBL Syntax mapping. This could pay the travel of Georg and Oriol. 3) Review of the current item list Georg went though the items from CENBII (see attchement) there is a need for more sophisticated documents for invoice dispute and additional functionality for the catalogue usage. This may conflict with the current approach in 2.0. Examples of this is the availability to replace a catalogue without sending an catalogue delete in advance or making the order response able to accept in full (which in 2.0 needs an order response simple) 4) Upload and use of the eDoCreator The upload and usage of the eDocCreator is postponed until we have a full coherent set of spreadsheets. Adding a new tool on this point of time may create confusion. > 5) Any other business Nothing Kind regards Peter L. Borresen
