1) Welcome and rollcall
	Present was: Anne, Fulya and Arianna


2) status of the 2.1 spreadsheet

On 15th september (in Rome) Peter, Tim and Arianna worked on the issue list (version 8). Results achieved:

- part of the resolved item have been implemented;
- part of the other items have been resolved. 

Arianna is currently finalizing the implementation of the resolved items; the updated spreadsheets will be ready in few days.


3) review of new documents proposed by iSurf and Enea in order to align them

The issue list related to the new documents (version sent by Fulya last week) was reviewed. Only one item is not resolved (see NewUBLDocuments_Comments170909.doc, issue 8 - Forecast Document).

About the alignment between iSurf and Enea documents:

- agree to use one document schema to implement both "Product Activity" of CPFR and "Sales Report" and "Inventory Movement Report" of eBiz-TCF.

Arianna will update the ProductActivity model in order to support the eBiz-TCF documents and then it will be reviewed by Fulya.

- agree to use a different document schema for the Inventory Report and Stock Availability.

Arianna will update the Inventory Report in order to support the Stock Availability.
