Contract. Details

I have a question about Consignment. Details. In this ABIE, there is an 
ASBIE having a qualifier named "Transport" and referring to Contract. 
Details (i.e. Transport_ Contract. Details). Shall the ASBIE refer to 
Transport Contract. Details or shall it stay the same?
