UBL 2.1 draft PRD2 schemas invalidate PRD1 example instance

Hello PSC,

The PRD1 sample instance UBL-ExceptionNotification-2.1-Example.xml 
needs to be changed in order to validate with the draft PRD2 schema 
for ExceptionNotification:

UBL-ExceptionNotification-2.1-Example.xml:118:21:cvc-complex-type.2.4.a:
Invalid content was found starting with element 'cbc:PurposeCode'. 
One of 
'{"urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:schema:xsd:CommonBasicComponents-2":ForecastPurposeCode}' 
is expected.

The other PRD1 example instances appear to validate just fine with 
the PRD2 schemas.

Are there new example instances to include with PRD2?  We don't yet 
have an example instance for every document type.
