Currency attribute missing in RetailEvent sample instance

Hello PSC,

The PRD2 RetailEvent sample instance has missing attributes when 
checked with the new PRD3 constraint for a required attribute that 
was incorrectly optional in PRD2 (it is mandatory in UBL 2.0 and so 
is corrected now in PRD3).

I've added currencyID="GBP" since the addresses in the instance are 
based in the UK.

I'll assume this is acceptable unless you let me know otherwise.
