ebBP discussion regarding the SBS

Just to let folk know that the ebBP TC are
now discussing a use case involving the
UBL 1.0 SBS Invoice, to identify how best
to cater for a business process involving
the SBS - whether an extra ID attribute
is needed in the ebBP 'Specification' element
and whether this is the best way to do
as the use case requires.

.. much appreciation to ebBP TC for taking 
considerable time and effort to look into this 

The outcome is likely to require a change to 
the 'index' file of the SBS spec - to the 
example of ebBP use with the SBS.
