UBL 2 PRD2 XML Examples Re: [ubl-sbsc] Specification approach forUBL 2 SBS

Hi Jon

Please find attached examples which roughly correspond to
the in progress SBS. I didn't cover every document (too
many and not all have subsets anyway) but key ones in all
parts of the procurement scenario (apart from Catalogues).

I removed the schemaLocation from each to fit with the
current UBL thinking I hope.
