I've gone thru it. Pls find below my comments. 1. Version History Lets call this one version 0.2. Please include Jern Kuan as one of the author. 2. Background Please include CrimsonLogic as one of the parties involved in the discussion. 3. Section 2. a. Fig 1 Use Case - Delivery Process, or Initiate Transport Service Process b. We need a Use Case diagram for Freight Billing Process 4. Section 2.1. Don't think we focus on transport process flow only. Hence, have to add certificate of origin of goods and freight billing process as well. 5. Section 3.1. Five types of documents? Think should be 4. Section 3.1.4 arrangment - misspelled.
