[ubl] UBL working sessions

I'm arranging meeting rooms for all day Tuesday, all day
Wednesday, and the morning of Thursday next week (30 October
through 1 November 2001) to accommodate three tracks as outlined
below.  The subcommittees implied by this schedule have yet to be
created, so the following has to be considered a preliminary plan
subject to the approval of the UBL TC.  I will have a more
detailed schedule for TC participants on Monday (I'm still trying
to get the best meeting rooms).

Bear in mind that all the formal doings of the TC will be taking
place Monday and Thursday afternoons and are therefore not covered
here.

TRACKS FOR UBL BREAKOUT SESSIONS, 30 OCTOBER - 1 NOVEMBER 2001

Track One: Core Library Subcommittee

   Participants: Most of the TC.  This is the actual UBL work for
      the first meeting; the individual domain subcommittees will
      start work after the TC meeting.

   Activity: Core Library definition.

   Time: Tuesday and Wednesday, with wrap-up Thursday morning.

Track Two: XML Geek Stuff

   Participants: A few XML experts.

   Activities:

      Tools and techniques (Tuesday)

      Context-driven document assembly (all day Wednesday plus
	 Thursday morning)

Track Three: Administrative Stuff

   Participants: The TC chair and whoever needs to work
      with him.

   Activities:

      Publicity (half day)

      Scheduling and liaison (half day)

      Standing rules (half day)
