A new draft of the UBL white paper incorporating edits resulting
from recent correspondence on this list with Peter Yim can be
found in PDF format at

If I receive no further comments on this draft by COB 22 December
2001, I'm going to consider it approved for public release,
remembering of course that this is a "living document" that will
have to be revised periodically by the UBL Marketing SC as we
proceed.
