[ubl] Joint SC calls in Denver

The UBL TC has set aside afternoons Tuesday through Thursday at
its meeting in Denver this week for joint sessions involving the
UBL Naming and Design Rules SC, Library Content SC, Context
Drivers SC, and Context Methodology SC.  At the end of each joint
session, from 4-5 p.m. MST (3-4 p.m. PST), phone participation
will be offered to interested members unable to attend the meeting
in person.

The joint sessions are as follows (all times MST):

   4 February 1-5 p.m. Extension methodology
   5 February 1-5 p.m. Global vs. local reconsidered
   6 February 1-5 p.m. 0p70 supplements; batchPropertiesDetails;
