RE: [ubl] UBL brochure

I have no problem opening them. I am using 1.0.2 on Windows 2000. Did the
typical install - Made OpenOffice the default application to view all
documents.

Oh come on Bill, we all know that it is that damn hidden Microsoft code that
ensures all open applications blow up :-)

Seriously, I also can not get Open Office to work.  I have installed and
uninstalled twice but still get the same error message.
