Preliminary phone conference number for UBL TC plenary

UBL TC members,

We will as usual be allowing participation by phone for UBL TC
members unable to attend the London meeting in person.  At a
minimum, we intend to enable dial-in for the portion of the meeting
that is taking place from 09h00-12h00 (see preliminary agenda in a
separate message), and if circumstances permit, we will also open
the line for the Joint NDR/LC SC meeting scheduled for
13h00-15h00.  Note that all times are GMT+1.

Due to our meeting location, the usual Monday opening plenary
dial-in will occur at a time better suited to distant callers in
Asia and the Pacific than to distant callers in the U.S.; we hope
that our members located in the Asia-Pacific region will take
advantage of this circumstance to join us by phone.

As usual, there may be delays caused by equipment set-up at the
beginning of the call.  If an initial attempt to dial in fails,
please wait a few minutes and try again.
