Hi Gunther,

The NDR document that was released with the 1.0 TC draft is entitled 
"UBL 1.0 Naming and Design Rules Checklist" (UBL-NDR-Checklist-1.0.pdf). 
 If you are to comment on NDRs in relation to the 1.0 TC draft it must 
be in reference to this Checklist.
