This week's meeting will be devoted primarily to signing off on
balloting for the second UBL 1.0 Committee Draft and the first NDR
Committee Draft (two separate ballots).  We can also consider
priority items from the floor at this time.  My hope is to end the
meeting early and start balloting ASAP, because we have a very
tight schedule at the other end of this process (15 September) in
order to submit UBL 1.0 for OASIS standardization this month.

Note that the Pacific call 9 September will not have these items
on its agenda, so any person interested in the signoff should
plan to attend the Atlantic call.
