Subject: Agenda for Pacific UBL TC call 18 November 2004
AGENDA FOR PACIFIC UBL TC MEETING 00H30 - 02H30 UTC THURSDAY 18 NOVEMBER 2004 16h30 - 18h30 Wed San Francisco 19h30 - 21h30 Wed Washington 08h30 - 10h30 Thu Hong Kong, Singapore, Perth, Beijing 09h30 - 11h30 Thu Seoul, Tokyo 11h30 - 13h30 Thu Sydney ############################################# STANDING INFORMATION FOR UBL CONFERENCE CALLS U.S. domestic toll-free number: (866)839-8145 Int. access/caller paid number: (865)524-6352 Access code: 5705229 ############################################# As previously announced, Tim will be chairing this call. Since the main item of discussion is the SSC issues list (see below), critical mass will be achieved even if it's just Tim and Anne, but as usual I urge TC members in the U.S. to take advantage of this evening slot if they haven't been able to attend the Atlantic call. STANDING ITEMS Additions to the calendar (http://ibiblio.org/bosak/ubl/calendar.htm) Liaison reports (if any) Subcommittee reports (if any) Team reports (if any) ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION THIS MEETING The chief technical work for this meeting and the next is processing the list of issues reported by the SSC (see the items marked "TC->" on that list): http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/ubl/200411/msg00028.html We have to resolve these issues before we can begin the new meeting structure we decided on in Santa Clara. The other priority item for this week is the further discussion of a meeting date for February or March. As indicated in the minutes of the Santa Clara meeting, there are no weeks in February or March that don't conflict with someone's schedule. Conflicts: 02/07-02/11 MarkC out 02/14-02/18 MavisC out 02/21-02/25 MavisC out 02/28-03/04 W3C plenary 03/07-03/11 TC154; TBG17, London 03/14-03/18 UN/CEFACT, Kuala Lumpur 03/21-03/25 JB out [easter is 27 March] 03/38-04/01 AH out See the outcomes of the Atlantic call discussion of this. If there is anyone on the Pacific call who can attend the meeting in Washington, you should review that discussion and contribute your own views. Note that I am OK with any week except the week of 3/21; I would also like to avoid the week of 3/14, but I could probably manage it if I had to. Also note that the weeks of 2/28, 3/7, and 3/14 would require a different venue because those are weeks that Mark is unavailable to host at LMI. Jon Bosak Chair, OASIS UBL TC
