thanks for picking up on this. it does appear that BSI have moved to a pay-for-use system (http://www.bsi-global.com/British_Standards/currency/index.xalter). this is an ongoing problem with code maintenance agencies. i will forwrad this to the UBL TC so we can start investigating free-to-air alternatives.
