Double trouble, then.  dang!

Very sorry: not only can you now NOT access material you have
contributed; you cannot now: 
  
a) discover/know what URL to include in a reference to the posting    
b) be certain 100% that even if you recover the published URLs,
    the (eventually restored) URLs will match resources.  Let's
    hope so, and if not, I will do everything in my power to get it fixed.

PS I recall that some spam got into the UBL-DEV archives; maybe that
mess is being fixed, yielding the temporary consequences you see.
