Agenda for UBL TC meeting in Ottawa 2005.08.10-12

The only significant change from our previous agenda is the
rescheduling of the discussion of proposed Procurement and
Transportation Subcommittees.  This has been moved from Tuesday
morning to Thursday morning to make time for a review of the
proposals (which will be sent shortly).
