Proposed discussion items for Atlantic UBL call

I would like to propose that the following items be added to the agenda for
tomorrow for Code lists and the NDR discussions.
 
1) There is a request to change Definition in the CPC schema module from
mandatory to optional. It is mandatory in the latest draft NDR, ATG2 NDR,
and CCTS. See

013.html for details. A change is needed to the NDR to complete this
request.
2) The above messages also requests that the namespace be changed to 2.0,
however, On November 9th, it is shown as 2. Which decision is final?

3) New rules have been proposed for version and restriction of sc's for the
uDT and qDT to use the ATG uDT. When will a new draft of the NDR be
available so we can proceed with programming? See

4) What is the status of the Code List Schema modules for UBL 2.0? In the
minutes of October 19th, a question was recorded about the structure of UBL
1.0 codelists. On October 28th, the minutes show the question was answered
that the differences were very minor.  A new draft was submitted on November
11th. When will a final decision be made on this draft?
