Preview Draft of UBL 1.0 SBS

Following comments received (many thanks) in the UBL
Pacific TC call yesterday, I have revised and uploaded
the latest draft of the UBL 1.0 Small Business Subset (SBS)
and would invite review and comments from the UBL TC
and from UBL dev, prior to its official public review, which
it is hoped will follow in the new year.

Many thanks to all who have helped in adding new 
contributions such as UML diagrams and 'Universal
Business Processes 1.0' ebBP 2.0.1 definitions.

There may be further changes, particularly to the
ebBP UBL 1.0 definitions and possibly to the UML

subject to UBL TC approval.
