I will take these and apply the transportation documents. As I do so I can apply Mark's revised definitions.

Peter, consider draft 11 "checked out" and do not apply further edits until I return with draft 12.

Then perhaps we can do another short review from the PSC before generating the next set of schemas.


Note I will append the change log as I build draft 12.
