Schema problems

I started parsing the schemas that were output from EDIFIX and there are
parsing errors.  There are missing elements.  I am not sure where this
information gets generated from.

I parsed Peter's generated schema and it parses, however, output from
my imported spreadsheet provide the following errors:

The XML document UBL-ApplicationResponse-2.0.xsd is NOT valid (6 errors)

I found these elements in Peter's "UBL-CommonAggregateComponents-2.0.xsd"
but they are missing from my version.

Any idea on how I can fix these problems in EDIFIX to get it to generate
valid schema's.  I looked for references to these elements in the
spreadsheets but can't find them.
