Although I was overruled in a TC meeting
on it, I still feel we should include the
enumerations in the spreadsheet. I did
create a qDT spreadsheet with the
enumerations but they were subsequently
removed. The final consensus was that we
make the UBL 1.0 schemas the enumeration
list. This assumes we don't change values
(eg add them).
