UBL 1.0 SBS Package

Although there is still a small chance of there being a requirement

for a last minute edit (to the ebCPPA content), I have uploaded to

the SBSC site (for public access) a UBL 1.0 SBS complete

package to be a candidate for UBL TC voting for public review.

If there is no further edit to this package (today, Monday 9th Jan) I

would like to submit it to the TC from SBSC for its second public

review. Many thanks. And many thanks to those who have heroically

helped with the various parts of this package. I especially point out

UML diagrams from Red Wahoo and ebCPPA templates (to

supplement ebBP definitions) from Sacha Schlegel as most recent

additions.
