Please note a further minor revision to the UBL 1.0 Small Business Subset
package (candidate for committee specification).

The changes are non-normative, changing relative urls in CPA samples and
templates of the Universal Business Process 1.0 (UBP 1.0) to absolute
urls (as these can now be pretty much assured) and correcting version id's, etc.

The latest draft revision is now at

Please note that there does not seem to be a need to change this
further (except removal of '-draft-6' from package name) unless there
are unexpected changes to the ebBP schemata names, etc on which
the UBP 1.0 depends as the ebBP continues its process of OASIS
standardisation.

Please note too that the filenames and filepaths are long and there
may be problems on some operating systems with unzipping if the
package is unzipped to a file location which already has a long filepath.
These may be avoided by unzipping close to the root directory/folder.
