No TC phone calls this week

Hello UBL TC,

Remember that (as always) there will be no official Atlantic or
Pacific TC calls the week before and the week after the upcoming
F2F, i.e., this week and the week of 29 May.  There may be an
unofficial Atlantic work session this week if it's requested by
subcommittee chairs.
