Further to this message.  The issues list refrerred to here does not 
include any proposed resolutions for the transportation issues.

These are hereby attached.  Can Peter please update the master list 
accordingly?

As one issue resolution in this list includes a recommendation for a new 
document type "Transportation Status" I am also including the 
spreadsheet model for this document together with the new ABIEs and 
proposed extensions to existing ABIEs required to support this new 
document type.

Can these also be considered as part of your review.
