Subject: [ubl] NDR 2.0 ELD8
Hi, The UBL 2.0 CBC xsd file made available a while ago does not seem to adhere to ELD8: ELD8: Global elements declared for Qualified BBIE Properties must be of the same type as its corresponding Unqualified BBIE Property. (i.e. Property Term + Representation Term.) The CBC has an equal number of elements and complex Types, and all elements are based on the like-named complex Type. (Unlike UBL 1.0) Is ELD8 obsolete, or the CBC an error? A separate question about ELD8 when implemented as shown in UBL 1.0: Here's an example: Assume a is the property term (PT)qualifier b the PT poss. noun, c the PT prim. noun. Asumme in the model there is no instance of b,c without a qualifier. Why is a complex Type and an element created in CBC for b,c, which incidentally are not used anywhere in CAC or document schemas? Are these not surplus? Many thanks in advance Juerg
