Hello UBL TC,

Members intending to participate in the UBL TC meeting 14-18
August should book their hotel rooms now.  See excerpt from recent
minutes below.  There is no cutoff date for the group rate --
which actually makes it more important that you book early.

FYI, the hotel address is 

   Best Western Hotel Europa Downtown
   1240 Drummond Street
   Montreal, Quebec H3G 1V7 Canada

And the rooms we'll be meeting in are named "Incognita" and
"Paradiso."

MONTREAL UBL TC MEETING

   From Tanya Bosse:

      For any of your participants who need a sleeping room for
      your meetings, please have them contact the hotel directly
      at groups@europahotel.com, fax: 5140861-4089, or phone:
      514-866-6492. They will need to identify themselves as an
      "IDEAlliance Extreme Markup" attendee (even though this
      meeting is after that event). The group rate is $129 single,
      $139 double CAD. You might suggest that they register soon,
      as the hotel seems to get very full in the summer.
