Removing two XSD files from the common directory

Hi folks,

In reviewing my copy of the archives, I see file 
removal actions that haven't been acted upon yet.

The first is CodeList_LanguageCode_ISO_7_04.xsd:

If it isn't being used then it should be removed.

The second is CCTS_CCT_SchemaModule-2.0.xsd:

Since this file isn't used by an end-user of UBL, 
just by people choosing to create their own UBL 
schemas, does it make sense to remove this as 
well?  If not, where do we document its use?
