I have just spoken with Mark Leith and he profer that we leave it is. He
think it is important that it is aligned with the invoice. So I will redraw
my request for new schemas. We stick we the scheams as they are. Sorry
Sylvia, I will buy you a beer in New Delhi for this (or the next time we
meet). 

I will soon come up with an updated exampel for creditNote.

I think I made an mistake for setting the item mandatory as it is in the
CreditNoteLine and DebitNoteLine (It was copied from the invoiceline). You
could specify an creditnoteline just by refering to an invoiceline. And
taking the time into consideration it would be not be appropiate to add
mandatory elements in the standard.

Therefore I have send a new copy of the Common Library to Sylvia, so she can
generate a new set of schemas. I am sorry for the distubance and for not
have considered this before.
