Latest cl/ directory for 2-prd3-7 ZIP

Hello all!

Here is the latest "cl\" directory with embedded defaultCodeList.xsl file:

   http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=20232

It is based on Sylia's 2-prd3-7 posting and also 
has revised default code lists with version 
number, and repaired code list XSD files with missing meta data.
